  • Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • If an account is opened with false information, or if multiple accounts are operated, all accounts and balances will be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for your account password and login credentials. You should not allow anyone else to use your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify m999k support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

m999k provides secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and financial services.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at m999k can be made via the following methods:

  • Upay
  • Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

3.2 Minimum Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals at m999k are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.4 Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • m999k may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see the bonus section for details).
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions at m999k are offered subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳6,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the terms are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
  • Misuse of bonuses or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.
  • m999k reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Policy & Restrictions

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on m999k are operated fairly and transparently. The platform uses SSL encryption and games rely on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

  • Any form of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software.
  • Playing via bots or automated systems.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Colluding with others to obtain bonuses or rewards.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform to gain abnormal winnings. Such winnings will be considered void.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

5.3 Technical Issues

m999k is not liable if a game is interrupted due to server or network issues. However, in the case of a verifiable system error, m999k will attempt to provide an appropriate resolution.

VIP Program & Weekly Cashback

The m999k VIP program has five tiers. Based on your regular play, you will advance to higher tiers and receive greater benefits.

6.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6.2 Cashback Terms

  • Cashback is calculated and credited at the end of each week.
  • Wagering requirements may or may not apply to cashback — contact support for details.
  • m999k reserves the right to change cashback rates or terms without notice.

Responsible Gaming Policy

m999k believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a problem. We therefore place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

  • Never place bets beyond your budget.
  • If you feel your gaming habits are becoming compulsive, contact support to temporarily suspend your account.

  • Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.

You may also request to close your own account at any time through support. Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, however bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

9.1 Inactive Accounts

m999k will reach out separately regarding the balance of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Contact support for more details.

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Limitation of Liability

m999k is not liable for the following:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
  • Any loss resulting from use of the platform outside the approved terms.
  • Theft of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.
  • Service interruptions caused by natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted to support, m999k will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable time.

Changes to Terms & Enforceability

m999k may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. However, a separate notice may not be given for minor changes.

If you continue to use m999k after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new Terms. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.
